Eugene Osteopathic Center

NOTICE - new practice location - as of May 5, 2025 my practice will be located at 1310 Coburg Rd, suite 1, Eugene, OR

Welcome to my private practice! The practice is fee for service, which means you will need to pay me at the time of treatment. I will email you a receipt that is called a superbill, which you can forward to your insurance company for reimbursement for seeing an out-of-network doctor. It is my understanding that the only medicare reimbursement will be to people with medicare advantage policies.

I am very excited to be back to work providing care for the people of the greater Eugene/Springfield area!

Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions! 541-391-8581, DrCiciMcLay@gmail.com.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

I attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1994. My key interest was osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), so I took every OMM extracurricular class and course I could. I did my Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the Detroit Medical Center Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan and worked for 14 years in Maine, practicing PMR medicine. I then joined the Osteopathic Principles and Practice Department at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine where I taught osteopathic manipulation and rehab medicine to the students for over 10 years. Being a professor has been the most wonderful work I have had. At the medical school, I became the OMM baby expert and taught this to the students. I moved to Eugene in 2022 to live near my son and his family and am enjoying the PNW and my new little private practice!
